Browser Compatibility on MyBSSM

Help!  I can't seem to use the site!

One of this issues that comes up from time to time is that elements of the website seem to be "missing" - for example, buttons, graphics or text do not display making the site "unusable".  The cause of this is often due to browser compatibility, and specifically, the use of older versions of browsers.  MyBSSM currently supports the following versions browsers:  

    - Internet Explorer 10.0
    - Firefox 37.0  
    - Safari 5.1.7 (Windows)  
    - Safari 7.0 (Mac)  
    - Chrome 42.0.2311

In addition to this, we don't currently fully support mobile devices such as Apple's iPad and iPhone and some Android devices.  If you're having trouble using MyBSSM with your mobile device, try switching to a desktop or laptop computer.

What can you do?

The best thing is to upgrade your browser to the latest version of the software which you can do at the manufacturers website. Or, if you've been using a mobile device, try using a desktop or laptop computer. If you have the latest browser version, and are still having trouble, you can help us by doing the following:

1. Visit this website  http://www.whatsmybrowser.org.  
2. Copy and email the support team the link to your browser information page.

This will enable us to check our system to ensure it is working as expected and that we don't have any bugs that need fixing!
